]]> Here is the first Windows 8 demo video. The new interface looks great and seems to be a complete transformation from what we know as Windows. The video puts emphasis on their tablet style OS, but you can also see that under this shell the new Windows OS closely resembles Windows 7′s look and feel. Windows 8 will run on mobile, tablet, and PCs.

]]> Why did it take me so long to discover this program? It’s free, simple, and does as advertised.

I was faced with a problem: I have two computers, one a PC running Windows 7 and the other, an Apple running Mac OSX. I wanted to backup my music files from my PC to my Mac because my Mac has an external HDD formatted in Mac OS Extended (Journaled). I am now able to backup my files through my network by using this FREE and easy to use program: SyncToy.

To take it a step further, I setup the Windows Task Scheduler to backup my music every week at a set time while I will be away from my computers.

]]> This is hilarious. Microsoft’s Bing/Live search is SO shitty that they need to buy Yahoo to have a search engine that is comparable to Google’s.
