1 tsp cumin
1 tsp red pepper
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion salt
1 tsp ground oregano
1 tsp all spice
+/- 2 tblsp brown sugar (+ for more sweetness, – for less sweetness)
My own creation that I share with you! Combine in a bowl, stir. Rub onto meats.
Tonight I BBQ’d 4 chicken thighs, 3 pieces of tri-tip, and 1 rib eye steak. So gauge this recipe to a sized meal for 3 or 4 people. It turned out quite good! It is slightly sweet with a mildly spicy aftertaste.
